The 8th COMBAR India Round Table will take place in Delhi on 11-12 September 2026. Events will start with members joining the India ADR week reception on the evening of Friday 11th September 2026 in the Royal Ballroom of the Imperial Hotel, where the Chief Justice of India will be the guest of honour. The conference will take place during the day on Saturday 12th September at the FICCI building, generously sponsored by both FTI Consulting Ltd and the Indian Council of Arbitration. Events will end with a dinner on the Saturday evening, also at the FICCI building.
Registration is now closed. Guests should tick the Indian Practitioner box to ensure that they are not charged. Fees have been kept low this year due to the generous sponsorship. Further detail may be found below on the criteria for attendance.
The COMBAR India Round Table Annual Conference is open to COMBAR Members, including Honorary Overseas Members, and invited guests, the overwhelming majority of whom are senior Indian commercial practitioners.
Guest places are limited, and some broad criteria for this year’s event have been laid out below to try and provide guidance on how one might qualify to receive an invitation to attend:

- Guests are expected to be Indian practitioners of at least 10 years post-graduation (e.g. partner level), practising in the commercial sphere.
- We are unable to accommodate experts, except for our sponsor FTI Consulting.
- Dual qualified Indian practitioners meeting the above criteria who are also solicitors in the UK may apply, but UK based solicitors do not otherwise qualify to attend by dint of COMBAR’s membership criteria, which requires members to be practising barristers.
