North American Meeting 2026 – Rome, Italy

The conference will be based at The Westin Excelsior a historic grand hotel near the Villa Borghese Gardens, a short walk from some of Rome’s finest historical attractions and restaurants.

The panel sessions will run over the Thursday and Friday on a range of commercial law topics. Please complete the box below if you are interested in speaking on a Panel.  The conference will draw to a close after lunch on the Friday, with free time or optional activities on the Friday afternoon.

The room rate at the Westin includes breakfast and a breakfast for delegates will be held at the Hotel on the Thursday and Friday mornings to start the conference day. A special breakfast for attending junior barristers will also be hosted by the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, Mr Justice Henshaw.

The events will culminate with a gala dinner on the evening of Friday 29 May 2026, in the 16^th century  Chiostro del Bramante Rome, surrounded by modern art and with live music.

Dress for the Wednesday reception is business casual and for the Thursday and Friday evenings is business suits and formal attire.

There are 2 main menu options which guests can chose between. Please select how many of each main course you would like for you and any guests:

Guinea fowl with its own jus, Jerusalem artichoke purée, cardoncelli mushrooms, tomato petals, and white turnip

or,

Eggplant millefeuille with organic tomato stew, Parmesan foam, and glassy basil
