Hotel At Six and Nordic Light Hotel, Stockholm

The meeting will be primarily held at Hotel At Six, a modern, stylish hotel set in the centre of Stockholm on the Thursday 30th May. Transport will take guests to the Nordic Light Hotel for the conference on the morning of Friday 31st May 24.

The panel sessions will run over the Thursday and Friday. After the success of the breakfasts at the conference in Boston in May 2023, welcome breakfasts will be held at the At Six Hotel on the Thursday and the Nordic light Hotel on the Friday to start the conference day. A breakfast for Juniors will also be hosted with the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, Mr Justice Foxton.

Receptions

The conference will begin with a welcome reception on Wednesday 29^th May 2024 that will be held at the Nest rooftop cocktail bar and spa. The venue is across the street from the At Six conference hotel. This will provide the perfect opportunity to meet other delegates before the conference begins and hopefully enjoy the sunset over views of the city. Children are welcome to attend. Please note the pool will not be open for use.

On Thursday 3oth May, we will host a reception at the spectacular Vasa Museum and this will include a tour of the 17^th century Swedish warship for those that wish to. The VASA museum is a 10 min taxi ride from the hotel (30 min walk). We are exploring communal transport options.

Please note there is a single fee for both receptions.

The Golden Hall

A gala dinner will be held in the evening of Friday 31st May in the Golden Hall of Stockholm City Hall, (Golden Hall – Wikipedia). Located on the waterfront and only 12 min walk from the hotel. The venue very much lives up to its name and is a beautiful venue to bring our conference to a close.

Swedish Supreme Court Judge Eric M Runesson will give a short welcome speech at the drinks reception immediately before the gala dinner.

Please note that children are considered to be under 18.
